Heading up to Portland at the crack of dawn tomorrow to do some people-on-the-street interviews during the Farm to Fridge tour. Just made a ton of food and snacks to take with, since gas will consume most of the budget. (Which really bites, because nothing is better than eating out in vegan Pdx. I may need to sneak in a food cart meal at least). Back tomorrow night—will be a long day, but hey, beats sitting around the house thinking I should be weeding the garden in the freezing cold.
